This is a refrigeration practice. Built-in columns, undercounter drawers, integrated ice makers and wine cabinets — the cold half of a Sub-Zero kitchen and no further. Ovens, ranges and cooktops belong to somebody else, and saying so out loud is what lets one person carry the right parts for a dual-refrigeration cabinet instead of a little of everything.

    Describe what the cabinet is doing rather than what you think is broken — which compartment, since when, and whether anything changed in the kitchen. That decides which parts ride along on the first visit.

  2. The visit

    Flat $89 service call covering the visit and full diagnosis, credited against the repair once you approve it. It starts with readings — vent temperatures, current at the compressor, air across the condenser, the drain probed — not with a parts catalogue.

  3. The number

    You get the fault in plain language and the price for putting it right, before anything is opened up. If the sensible answer is to leave it alone, or that the cabinet is at the end of its life, you hear that instead.

  4. The finish

    The repair is proved at the vents rather than on the door display, panels go back the way they came off, and the kitchen is left as it was found. Panel-ready joinery is handled on protection, every time.
